Circular Dog Walks in & Around Skipton With A Pub
17th January 2015
Many of the visitors to Thisledo Holiday Cottage in Skipton bring along their 4 legged companion to enjoy their holiday.
Many of the walks in and around Skipton offer an opportunity to stop along the way to enjoy a Pub Lunch, here’s one of our favourites which is also a big favourite for Molly our Cocker Spaniel.
Addingham is a small pretty village in between Skipton and Ilkley, about a 15 minute drive from the holiday cottage and is the starting point for a circular walk along the banks of the River Wharfe. We usually start in Addingham do the full walk and then have lunch in one of the Addingham Village Pubs. Of course you could start in Ilkley and have lunch before you turnaround and head back to Ilkley.
Courtesy of the Swan Addingham you can details of the route on the following Addingham Village Website. The walk from addingham to Ilkley can be found here (http://www.swan-addingham.co.uk/Walk4.pdf) & the return walk here ( http://www.swan-addingham.co.uk/Walk6.pdf ).
