It’s one of those local pubs that guests seem to discover quickly and then return to whenever they’re back in Skipton. Great food, a relaxed atmosphere and a handy location make it a firm favourite for a meal after a day exploring the Yorkshire Dales.

A major refurbishment is underway

The Cock & Bottle is currently undergoing a major refurbishment, giving this popular Skipton pub a fresh new look while retaining the character that makes it such a popular local spot.

For regular visitors, it’s exciting to see what’s taking shape. And for anyone planning a future stay at Thisledo, it’s another reason to put the Cock & Bottle on your list for a meal once the work is complete.
