Springtime in the Yorkshire Dales sees the area coming back to life making it a great time to visit Skipton and the Dales.

If you like walking, then April is ideal for venturing into the Dales. The days are starting to get noticeably longer, there may be occassional April showers, but generally the weather is reasonable.

If you’re bringing your four legged friend along on your holiday, remember there will be lots of new born lambs bouncing around the fields, so tell you furry companion to be on his/her best behaviour.
