Our goal for 2026 is simple: remain competitively priced in Skipton’s one-bedroom market, without joining a race to the bottom that would damage quality or guest experience.

In the last few years, Skipton has seen a real boom in:

2 nights at weekends
3 nights midweek

For 2026 we’ve chosen to:

Continue to invest in comfort, maintenance and good quality fittings

We’d rather charge a fair, sustainable rate and keep guests happy than offer bargain-basement prices and disappoint people when they arrive.
